Coaching, in full. Nothing behind a call.
The whole offer: what you get, what it costs, what I ask in return.
What working with me looks like.
The plan lives in intervals.icu
Your watch syncs completed sessions back and the plan is re-cut from reality every week.
Every block ships as a designed PDF
Four weeks at a time: the purpose, your zones, every session with its why, and the honest fine print.
The numbers are inspectable
Banister for fitness and fatigue, Coggan TSS for stress, Seiler 80/20 for distribution, Foster for monotony. No black boxes.
You get a hub, not a chat thread
Plans, race strategy, call notes, and your history in one place. Decisions get written down.
Three tiers. Billed by the quarter. Built around a goal.
A quarter is three 4-week blocks pointed at a goal you name in your application. You pay for the quarter, we work the quarter.

The guarantee
First 30 days: if it is not working, say so and the quarter is refunded. After day 30 you are in for the quarter. Injury ends it early: unused days back at the daily rate. No setup fee.
The fine print, out loud.
Why is pricing public?
Because hiding it wastes your time and mine. You should know the number before you apply, and I would rather compete on the actual product than on a sales call.
What does the Founding Athlete trade actually mean?
You agree in writing that I can publish your training data and results as a case study, that you will give a testimonial, and that once per race cycle you will introduce me to one athlete who might fit. The data gets published whatever it shows; the deal is participation, not praise.
How do payments work?
Stripe, billed by the quarter, with a self-serve portal to update your card or download invoices. Bank transfer (ACH) is available and preferred. If injury stops your training, the unused part of the quarter comes back to you at the daily rate.
Why quarterly and not monthly?
Because nothing real happens to an endurance athlete in a month. A quarter is three 4-week blocks: build, consolidate, test. Monthly billing invites monthly decisions about a process that works in quarters. The 30-day grace period protects you from a bad fit; the quarter protects the work.
What happens on the intro call?
30 minutes. We go through your intake, your race, and your constraints, and I show you a real anonymized athlete block and dashboard so you see the actual product. If either of us thinks it is not a fit, we say so.
Do you write strength programming too?
Yes. For Hyrox it is half the sport, and for ultra and marathon athletes it is what keeps you durable. Strength days are programmed around your gym access, which the intake asks about in detail.
What do you not do?
I am not a doctor, physical therapist, or dietitian, and nothing in the coaching is medical advice. If your health screen flags something, physician clearance comes before training does.
The intake takes 10 to 15 minutes.
It asks about your races, your training today, your schedule, and your health history. Then we book a call.
